Main functions:
- automatic pasteurizing with one button (heating-holding-cooling-storage);
- manual heating of the product;
- manual heating of the jacket;
- manual cooling of the product;
- stationary container washer;
- mixer speed change using frequency inverter on the sensor screen;
- automatic water level maintenance in the jacket;
- staff training program with the equipment.
Protective functions:
- hole sensor to block mixer operation if the tap is open;
- water level control in the jacket to protect heating elements;
- limitation of mixer maximum rotation speed.
Additional functions:
- filling/filling by set portions;
- external button for filling pump control;
- direct or reverse start of the mixer;
- functional check of mixer, heating element and recycling pump through feedback;
- automatic control of steam pump to achieve minimum pasteurization temperature spread;
- heating element switching using solid-state relay for silent engagement;

This project was realized in March, 2020 in Orlov Region, city of Mtsensk. Our line of control cabinets controls milling line of aluminum cans, input – pressed aluminum can, output – aluminum dust and aluminum grain of 250 microns.
