Main functions:

  • cheese-making mode – 9 stages to be adjusted separately (stage-by-stage mode);
  • creation of up to 10 recipes of the product preparation;
  • completely manual mode – for professionals in cheese-making;
  • main screen configuration depending on necessary functions without participation of programmers (screen can display only one pasteurization icon or all at once – stage-by-stage mode, pasteurizing mode, manual mode, washing mode and filling pump activation);
  • pasteurization (heating-holding-cooling-storage);
  • product’s heating (by jacket/product temperature);
  • cooling and storage (by jacket/product temperature);
  • watering into jacket (manual and automatic);
  • delayed start of pasteurization (timer or set time trigger);

  • smooth switch from heating mode to pasteurization mode without overheating a product – control of first group of heating elements through solid-state relay for an accurate maintenance of specified temperature of the product using PID control;
  • connection of each heating element group from separate contactors;
  • product level (volume) measuring using pressure sensor;
  • mixer interlock when hatch is open.
