Technical specifications
Main functions:
- mnemonic diagram with highlight of current solution movement;
- water start mode – water pick-up and heating to working temperature;
- desinfection mode – water or solution circulation at maximum temperature;
- pasteurization mode – product heating till the set temperature, return for additional heating if the temperature is less than pasteurization temperature;
- displacement mode – water displaces the product from the station;
- washer mode – circulation and heating of cleaning solution till the necessary temperature;
- manual control in automatic mode operation to deal with irregularities;
- test mode – to check all operation units separately;
- automatic setting of PID control – the unit manufacturer doesn't require special knowledge to set up PID control, it is enough to start up auto-adjustment during tuning-up.
Protective functions:
- protection of product pump against dry running;
- protection of plate-type heat exchanger against overheating.
Additional functions:
- local washer – supply of cleaning concentrates to receiving tank;
- medium separation sensor: product-water; water-cleaning solution to minimize loss of product, cleaning solution and water during displacing process;
- additional valve system to build different routes of the product;
- feedback sensor for valve opening and closing to control its functionality and prompt notification in case of fault;
- control and reception of signals from additional equipment: pump, separator, homogenizer;
- reception and transmission of signals (commands) from CIP station;
- installation of pasteurization temperature recorder with state verification for controlling authorities.
