Technical specifications
Main functions:
- automatic mode of operation, manual mode to adjust equipment;
- preparation of cleaning solutions;
- washing of objects by few circuits with individual parameters for each circuit;
- temperature maintenance in selected recipient;
- maintenance of water/cleaning solution level in recipients;
- level indication in recipient as to level sensors;
- indication of current volume as to pressure sensor;
- temperature measurement of cleaning solutions;
- mnemonic diagram with highlight of current solution movement;
- incident records with date and time;
- event records with date and time;
- temperature graph with date and time.
Protective functions:
- protection of pump against dry running;
- protection of plate-type heat exchanger against overheating.
Additional functions:
- automatic preparation of cleaning solutions till the necessary concentration as to conductivity probe;
- measurement of cleaning solution concentration on return circuit to minimize cleaning solution consumption;
- valve feedback (opened/closed) to control its functionality and to replace failed ones;
- automatic routing to selected washing objects.

Launch of production line for dry construction materials
In January, 2019 in Verkhnaya Salda we launched a preparation line for dry mortars.
Launch of condensed milk preparation line
In March, 2019 together with MolTechnoProject company we launched a condensed milk preparation line in Nizhniy Novgorod for Piteko comp.
Launch of aluminum can milling line
This project was realized in March, 2020 in Orlov Region, city of Mtsensk. Our line of control cabinets controls milling line of aluminum cans, input – pressed aluminum can, output – aluminum dust and aluminum grain of 250 microns.
Launch of butter preparation line
In February, 2020 together with MolTechnoProject company we launched a butter preparation line in Kotlas city.
